About Joyce Browning:
Joyce Browning has very fond memories of growing up and attending public school in New Brunswick. She obtained her BA Degree in Art Education from Glassboro State, now Rowan University. Joyce went on to teach art for 36 years while working on her own art which she exhibited and sold throughout the US and in Europe.
She also freelanced and worked on the Oktoberfest from 1979 till 1985.
