A New Jersey advocacy group that aims to combat child abuse says it expects reports of abuse will increase after schools reopen this fall.  Court Appointed Special Advocates of Ocean County say teachers are mandatory reporters of abuse.  Domestic violence reports in New Jersey fell 38 percent at the beginning of the pandemic in March and April compared with the same period a year ago.  The group fears that many instances of abuse will still go unreported in school districts that will reopen with remote instruction,
