Several New Jersey businesses angry with Governor Murphy over his pandemic shutdowns are filing a lawsuit.  Attorney Michael Deem of Toms River, along with owners of a car wash, a hair and nail salon and several high school seniors are suing Governor Phil Murphy, arguing that he acted improperly when he cancelled graduation ceremonies and ordered businesses to stay closed.  The suits says banning graduations is unreasonable given the capacity for outdoor social distancing, and cites the US Air Force Academy’s recent outdoor graduation ceremony.  Superior Court Judge Francis Hodgen has set a May 29th hearing date to hear arguments.
