Jennifer Lopez is readying for one of the biggest nights of her career. The global icon is set to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday night alongside Shakira.

All of America will tune in to watch San Francisco play Kansas City live from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, however, all eyes will be on J.Lo and her highly-anticipated performance.

With that being said, how does the 50-year-old prepare and get in shape for something of this scale? Lopez has never been shy of sharing her fitness routines on Instagram and we don’t blame her.

The “On The Floor” singer has been rehearsing for weeks and giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come from the 25-yard line. She even started the #JLoSuperBowlChallenge on TikTok.

Celebrity trainer David Kirsch told the New York Post all about Lopez’s dos and don’ts of dieting as well as her signature moves in the gym. The prep for the Super Bowl halftime show includes a lot of goblet platypus walks, bulgarian squats, planks with dumbells, among other things.

According to Women’s Health magazine, J.Lo uses fitness challenges to prep for big events such as the Super Bowl. She’s also all about the ab workouts which consists of just about 50 of everything (squats, crunches, sit ups, etc).
