The move to legalize marijuana in New Jersey is officially underway.  It’s been a hot topic in Trenton for at least three years but it never saw any action since Governor Christie is opposed to it.  There’s just six-months left on Christie’s term, and now a Senate committee is holding a hearing today to determine how a potential billion-dollar pot industry would be regulated in the Garden State.  Democratic gubernatorial candidate Phil Murphy supports it, however, GOP candidate, Kim Guadagno, does not.
