All contestants may only participate on their own behalf. Each person may enter only once per Golf Shot Challenge Event and be a Qualifier only once for the entire Contest.
During the Golf Shot Challenge, each participant will receive three (3) golf balls and must hit at least one (1) of those three balls, landing it inside the designated roped off area between 130-145 yards on the driving range in order to become a Qualifier for the Final Event (defined below). For purposes of clarification, at least one (1) of the three (3) golf balls must come to rest and remain completely inside the roped off area in order for the contestant to be deemed a Qualifier upon confirmation of eligibility. A ball that enters the roped off area but fails to remain inside the designated area will be disqualified. The first ten (10) Qualifiers at each Challenge Event will be invited to our Grand Prize Final Event at Route 18 Auto, 400 Route 18, East Brunswick, NJ on September 15, 2017 (the “Final Event”) for a chance to win a Secondary Prize or Grand Prize as listed below. There will be a limit of ten Qualifiers per Challenge Event and up to two hundred total Qualifiers.

At the Grand Prize Final Event, all Qualifiers must check-in during registration from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 pm Eastern Time at Route 18 Auto, 400 Route 18, East Brunswick, NJ. No exceptions for registration time will be made under any circumstances. Beginning at approximately 7:01 pm ET, each registered Qualifier will be allowed to select an envelope based on the order they checked into the Final Event. All but one (1) envelope will include Secondary Prize as listed below. The one (1) remaining envelope will contain a chance to be deemed the “Grand Prize Finalist” and to participate the Grand Prize putt, upon confirmation of eligibility. All Qualifiers will be instructed when to open their envelope. All envelopes will be opened simultaneously at the countdown given by Station personnel present. If any envelope is opened prior to the countdown, both the prize and the potential Grand Prize Finalist will automatically be disqualified. In the event that the disqualified prize was the Grand Prize, an alternate Grand Prize Finalist may be selected at random, at the sole discretion of the Station, from all remaining eligible Qualifiers present and notified per the procedures outlined herein.
c. The Grand Prize Finalist will have the opportunity to attempt a golf putt according to the terms of these rules in order to have a chance to win the Grand Prize. No Secondary Prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize Finalist. The Grand Prize Finalist must print and sign their full name on the official affidavit of eligibility prior to their Grand Prize golf putt attempt. The Grand Prize Finalist must then successfully make the Grand Prize putt attempt to make a putt from the distance as designated by the contest administrator at the Grand Prize Contest Event.
The following requirements apply to the Grand Prize Finalist and the Grand Prize golf putt attempt:
Only the (1) Grand Prize Finalist will be eligible to participate in the grand prize contest (see below). All other entrants are disqualified and not eligible to participate for a chance to win the Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize Finalist must immediately make his/her presence known to the contest administrator at the time of the envelope opening. Any potential Grand Prize Finalist who fails to make their presence known, who does not meet the eligibility requirements, or does not wish to participate in the grand prize contest will be disqualified. Grand Prize Finalist putt is non-transferable. An alternate Grand Prize Finalist may be selected at random, at the sole discretion of the Station, from all remaining eligible Qualifiers present and notified per the procedures outlined above.
Decisions of judges in the selection, notification and confirmation of the Grand Prize Finalist being present within the required time limit; and all matters related to the Contest are final and binding.
c. GRAND PRIZE GOLF PUTT ATTEMPT:
In order for the Grand Prize to be awarded to the eligible Finalist, the one (1) designated Finalist must first print and sign their full name on the official affidavit of eligibility prior to their grand prize golf putt attempt. The designated Finalist must then successfully make the grand prize putt attempt from the distance as designated by the contest administrator at the Grand Prize Event.
