NJ Democratic Voters Choose November Candidates

November is the next stop for the 12 people chosen to run as the 2018 Democratic party candidates for Congress in the Garden State.  Not all races were close, many were not even races at all as Andrew Kim ran unopposed in District Three, as did incumbents Josh Gottheimer, Frank Pallone, Albio Sires and Bonnie Watson Coleman.  However, Jeff Van Drew had to beat out three competitors to become the candidate in South Jersey's District Two, and former federal prosecutor Mikie Sherrill won the eleventh congressional district in northern New Jersey, notably receiving an endorsement from former Vice President Joe Biden.
