A New Jersey woman is facing charges after being accused of staging a protest outside of Bill Cosby's retrial for sexual assault. Outside of the Montgomery County Courthouse in Pennsylvania Monday, Nicolle Rochelle allegedly disrobed and darted in front of the comedian while chanting. The Little Falls woman appeared as an actress on "The Cosby Show" four times between 1990 and 1992, according to an online database. She had scrawled the names of Cosby accusers and the phrase "Women's Lives Matter" on her body. Afterwards, she told reporters she didn't have any bad past experiences with Cosby but that she is a member of the European feminist group Femen.
Cosby has been accused by multiple women who say they were drugged and then sexually assaulted. Last spring he was tried for assault but jurors were unable to reach an unanimous verdict following five days of deliberations. His legal team will apparently seek to discredit several accusers as women just looking for the spotlight.
