The Garden State Braces For The First Storm Of 2018

The first snowstorm of the year is upon us.  In Central Jersey it's expected to start at around 4 am on Thursday morning with temperatures hovering around 20 degrees.  The area could get anywhere from 1 to 3 inches and places father west will likely see less.   The snow will continue with areas of blowing snow and wind gusts as high as 38 mph.  It should all come to an end before 1 pm.  The Jersey shore is expected to see most of the snow with six inches or more possible in Monmouth and Ocean counties as the storm makes its way up the coast .  A winter storm warning has been issued.
