NJ Woman Attacked By Neighbor's Dog

A New Jersey woman is missing part of her ear after she was attacked by her neighbor's dog.  Police say a 150-pound Argentinian Mastiff mauled Elizabeth Romanaux and bit off part of her ear, broke her finger, and cracked her hip.  Authorities have given a summons to the Franklin Township resident for owning two unlicensed dogs and allowing a dog to cause personal injury.  The dog has been taken to a local kennel.  Romanaux is being treated for her injuries.
