Trooper Pleads Guilty To Pulling Women Over, Asking Them Out

A New Jersey state trooper is pleading guilty to charges he improperly stopped female drivers in order to get their phone numbers and ask them out on dates.  Prosecutors say 38-year-old Marquice Prather pleaded guilty Monday to invasion of privacy charges and tampering with official police records to cover his moves up.  Under terms of the plea agreement, Prather will be permanently banned from being a state trooper and serving in public office or employment.  In exchange, Prather will be sentenced to probation when he's sentenced December 8th.
