Moody's Gives RU A Bump Up

Moody's bond rating service has given Rutgers University a vote of confidence by bumping up it's rating from negative to stable. Moody's cites a 100-million dollar revolving line of credit between the school and Bank of America. After the University merged with the University of Medicine and Dentistry, Moody's dropped the Rutgers rating. Four years later, Moody's says the school's leadership has shown a steady hand and strong fundraising, both good signs for them.
