Man Faces Charges In Times Square Incident

A Bronx man faces murder and attempted murder charges for allegedly mowing down 23 people with his car in New York's Times Square yesterday.  One young woman was killed.  Authorities say Navy veteran Richard Rojas tested negative for alcohol.  But they say he tested positive for drugs -- possibly synthetic marijuana -- after the crash.  Police say Rojas was speeding before his car jumped a curb and slammed into a crowd.  They say he then got out of the car and started running before being knocked to the ground.
