NTSB investigators are arriving later today to take over the probe into that deadly North Jersey plane crash. A Learjet 35, bound from Philadelphia to Teterboro Airport, crashed in Carlstadt yesterday afternoon as it was coming in for a landing. The pilot and co-pilot were killed but, miraculously, no one on the ground was hurt. The plane set fire to three buildings and more than a dozen vehicles in an industrial complex that includes Carlstadt's Public Works building. It's unclear whether there was a Mayday call prior to the crash.
