Parts of Hoboken Terminal damaged in last September's deadly train derailment are open again. The wall that was blocking the Concourse has finally been taken down, so commuters no longer have to snake through the waiting room to get to PATH trains. Track 6, one of two tracks closed for repairs, is also up and running again but barricades are still up around posts for a temporary roof. It'll take two more years to complete the rest of the repairs at a cost of 18-million-dollars. The Concourse has been closed for nearly eight months after a Hoboken mother was killed and 100 other people hurt in a Metro-North crash.
