Guadagno Proposes Plan To Cut Property Taxes

New Jersey Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno  is laying out a plan to cut property taxes.  The Republican who is running for governor tells "NJ Advance Media" her plan would cut taxes up to three thousand dollars for families who pay more than five percent of their income to school taxes.  She tells the news outlet the plan is directed at millennials living with their parents.  Guadagno thinks the state can make up that money in several ways including getting 500 million dollars back in state aid from overfunded districts.
