A man accused of moving a dead woman's body in Somerset County earlier this month will be in court today for a detention hearing. A judge will decide whether David DeSantos, who is charged with disturbing human remains, can be released on his own recognizance. The 32-year-old from Henryville, Pennsylvania is accused of moving the body of Ashley Castro of Hopatcong from the median of Route 22 near Route 28 in Branchburg. Meanwhile, police continue to look for 26-year-old Nicole Barbour of Ringwood, who is also accused of moving the body. The pair is not accused in Castro's death. Authorities are still working to determine how she died.
