Poll Gives President Trump 37% Approval Rating In NJ

Most New Jerseyans don't like the way Donald Trump is handling his new job.  A newly-released Fairleigh Dickinson University PublicMind poll gives the President a 37-percent approval rating, versus 72-percent for Barack Obama when he began his first term.  The survey shows Garden State adults specifically don't like President Trump's cabinet appointments and think his inexperience when it comes to foreign policy will make the U.S. more vulnerable.

The Trump travel ban doesn't seem to have moved the needle, up or down.  Trump lost the state to Democrat Hillary Clinton.
